Beijing Capital Jiaye Property Services Co., Ltd. has announced the establishment of a new logistics services platform by Beijing Urban Construction Group Co., Ltd. (BUCG), which will receive equity interests in various property logistics companies currently owned by Beijing municipal agencies for free.
