Beijing Capital Jiaye Property Services Co., Ltd. has announced a reshuffle in its management, appointing Ms. Leung Wing Han Sharon as the new Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Process Agent, effective from September 25, 2024. Ms. Leung, with over 18 years of experience in company secretarial practice, replaces Ms. Mok Ming Wai who has resigned from these roles. The company has also obtained a waiver from strict compliance with certain listing rules related to these appointments.
