Beijing Airdoc Technology Co. Ltd. is set to hold its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2024 on October 18, where key resolutions will be voted on, including the appointment of a new independent non-executive director, full circulation of H shares, and the adoption of a new equity incentive scheme. The meeting will also address the proposed change in the use of proceeds and authorize debt financing instruments. Shareholders will vote by poll, with results to be published on the company’s and Hong Kong Exchanges’ websites.
