Beijing Airdoc Technology Co., Ltd. is proposing a change in the allocation of the unutilized HK$723.7 million from its Global Offering proceeds, to be discussed in the 2024 first extraordinary general meeting. About 51.6% of the proceeds from the Global Offering have been utilized as of June 30, 2024, with the remainder set for reallocation according to the company’s updated R&D progress, operation levels, and business strategies. The funds are earmarked for further development and commercialization of its core products, with full utilization expected by 2026.
