BeiGene Ltd (HK:6160) has released an update.
BeiGene Ltd. has announced the grant of share options, restricted share units (RSUs), and performance share units (PSUs) under its 2016 Share Option and Incentive Plan. On August 9, 2024, options to subscribe for 22,835 ADSs were granted to five individuals, RSUs for 87,399 ADSs to 332 individuals, and PSUs for 9,119 ADSs to a single grantee. The options come with a ten-year validity and a vesting period that includes a 25% vest on the first anniversary followed by 36 monthly installments.
