BeiGene, Ltd. has announced the granting of share options and restricted share units (RSUs) under its 2016 Share Option and Incentive Plan. A total of 3,754 share options were granted to three individuals, and 66,829 RSUs were awarded to 179 grantees. The exercise price for the options has been set at $198.37 per ADS, with a ten-year validity and vesting conditions tied to the grantees’ service duration.
