The latest update is out from Empire Energy Group Limited ( (AU:BTL) ).

Beetaloo Energy Australia Limited has announced the resignation of non-executive director Louis Rozman, effective immediately, as part of a broader board renewal strategy. Rozman, who joined the board in March 2021 and chaired the remuneration committee, played a key role in shaping corporate governance, operational systems and major project execution, including overseeing drilling milestones and key asset acquisitions.

During his tenure, the company drilled five wells in the Carpentaria Project, including the record-setting Carpentaria-5H horizontal shale well, and acquired Western Beetaloo properties and the Carpentaria Gas Plant, now being moved for installation. The board is now recruiting additional directors with relevant expertise to support Beetaloo Energy’s ambitious growth plans, positioning it to capitalise on heightened energy security concerns and to expand its role as a provider of reliable, responsibly sourced gas to domestic and regional markets.
