Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc, a prominent cloud computing provider for financial markets, has announced the issuance of 22,500 new Ordinary Shares as a result of employee share options being exercised. The new shares are expected to start trading on the AIM market around the 6th of September, 2024. The issuance of these shares brings the total number of Ordinary Shares in the company to 66,659,074, with no shares held in treasury.
