Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc has announced the issuance of 18,455 new ordinary shares as a result of the exercise of employee share options. These shares, issued at £0.00125 each, are expected to start trading on the AIM market around May 8, 2024, and will be on par with the existing shares. This will bring the total number of ordinary shares in the company to 66,504,009.
