Beeks Financial Cloud Group PLC has announced the issuance of 122,565 new Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of £0.00125 each, as part of the company’s Employee Share Option Plan. These shares are set to begin trading on the AIM market around 21 August 2024, bringing the total number of shares in issue to 66,636,574.
