Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc, a specialized provider of cloud computing services for financial markets, has announced that their Chairman, Mark Cubitt, has transferred a quantity of 70,707 ordinary shares at no cost into a CREST nominee account, while maintaining the same beneficial ownership percentage of approximately 0.11% of the company. This transaction, detailed in accordance with UK Market Abuse Regulation, does not affect the overall issued share capital of the company.
