Bedford Metals Corp. has successfully closed an additional tranche of its private placement, raising over CAD$2.1 million through the issuance of common shares and flow-through units. The offering, which includes warrants for future share purchases, was conducted under exemptions allowing for streamlined securities issuance without a holding period in Canada.
