Bear Creek Mining Announces Executive Appointments

Bear Creek Mining (TSE:BCM) has released an update.

Bear Creek Mining Corporation has successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting, securing shareholder approval for all proposed business, including the election and re-election of directors, and reaffirming the company’s stock option plan and auditor. Following the AGM, the company announced key executive appointments with Catherine McLeod-Seltzer becoming Chair, Eric Caba as President and CEO, alongside other principal officer positions. The changes come as the company bids farewell to Alfredo Bullard, who did not seek re-election after serving on the board since 2019.
