Beamtree Holdings Director’s Shareholding Update

Beamtree Holdings Ltd (AU:BMT) has released an update.

Beamtree Holdings Limited has reported a change in director Brad Lancken’s interests, where he acquired 75,510 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.21 each, as part of his remuneration. Following this change, Lancken’s direct and indirect shareholdings in the company now total 2,347,439 shares and 375,000 unlisted options. The acquisition was made as per the approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 21 November 2023.
