Beamtree Holdings Limited has announced a change in Director James Birch’s interests, with an acquisition of 75,510 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.21 each, increasing his direct and indirect shareholdings. The shares were issued in lieu of cash remuneration as approved by shareholders, and there was no disposal of securities in this transaction.
