Beamtree Holdings Limited has reported a change in Director Brad Lancken’s interests, with an acquisition of 71,429 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.21 per share, increasing his total holdings to 2,171,429 shares. The shares were obtained through the Beamtree Incentive Plan as part of a salary sacrifice arrangement. No securities were disposed of during this change.
