Beamr Imaging Ltd. is scheduled to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 5, 2024, where shareholders will vote on key proposals including amendments to the company’s Articles of Association, re-election of board members, executive compensation adjustments, and the re-appointment of their auditors. Shareholders registered by July 5, 2024, are eligible to vote and may do so in person or by proxy. The Board of Directors recommends voting in favor of all agenda items.
