The latest announcement is out from Beam Global ( (BEEM) ).

Beam Global disclosed that on April 27, 2026 its landlord, PNN Holdings LP, exercised a contractual right to terminate the lease on the company’s San Diego, California headquarters at 5660 Eastgate Drive. The lease had been extended in January 2026 to run until September 30, 2026, but will now end on July 26, 2026.

The company said the early termination will not trigger material penalties or ongoing obligations and is not expected to have a material adverse effect on its operations. Beam Global is assessing alternatives for a new headquarters location and continues to rely on its other factories in Chicago and Serbia, as well as its Abu Dhabi sales and administration office, to support its business activities.

Spark’s Take on BEEM Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, BEEM is a Neutral.

The score is held down primarily by weak financial performance—continued losses, declining revenue trend, and ongoing cash burn—despite low leverage. Technical indicators are moderately constructive (price above key short/intermediate moving averages and positive MACD), while valuation is difficult to support given negative earnings and no dividend. Earnings-call commentary adds a modest positive tilt from diversification, backlog, and margin/cost initiatives, but is tempered by the sharp full-year revenue drop and significant GAAP losses.
