Beam Dental Bidco Pty Ltd is progressing in its off-market takeover bid for Pacific Smiles Group Limited, with a current relevant interest in 19.95% of Pacific Smiles shares and an additional 11.06% subject to Acceptance Instructions under the Institutional Acceptance Facility. These instructions do not yet constitute formal acceptances and may be withdrawn until certain conditions are met, at which point Bidco may move to acquire a significant interest exceeding 80% of Pacific Smiles shares.
