Beam Communications Holdings Limited announced the receipt of a second draft valuation report for its joint venture, Zoleo Inc., from Secretariat Advisors, LLC. The final valuation report is expected in mid-August, with Roadpost Inc. scheduled to make an initial payment for Beam’s share in the joint venture by mid-September. Additionally, Beam will receive approximately US$2.6 million from Roadpost under a separate settlement agreement, expected in December 2025.
