Beam Dental Bidco Pty Limited has significantly increased its stake in Pacific Smiles Group Ltd, now holding 85.31% of Pacific Smiles’ shares following their off-market takeover bid. The acquisition includes 53.93% from offer acceptances and additional shares purchased on-market. This move consolidates Beam Bidco’s position in Pacific Smiles, reflecting strategic interests from its associates, GFT2 and Genesis Capital Fund.
