Beacon Minerals Limited has entered a Share Sale Agreement with Astral Resources NL, selling 11.99% of its stake in Maximus Resources Limited in exchange for Astral shares. This strategic move aligns with Beacon’s focus on expanding its gold operations at the Jaurdi Gold Project.
