Beacon Minerals Limited has announced a pro-rata non-renounceable rights issue aimed at raising approximately $10.3 million. The funds will be used for mill optimization, dewatering, exploration activities, and general working capital. The offering includes one new share for every eight held at $0.022 each, with a free attaching option, underwritten by Argonaut Securities Pty Ltd.
