BEACN Wizardry & Magic Inc., a Victoria-based producer of audio gear for creatives, has successfully repaid a $250,000 convertible loan with interest after extending its maturity date earlier this year. The company had a brief, now-terminated agreement with Equity.Guru Media Inc. for investor relations, which included a $60,000 payment and a private placement participation that contravened TSX Venture Exchange policy. BEACN continues its mission to deliver high-quality content production tools without any ongoing ties to Equity.Guru.
