An update from Beachbody Company (BODI) is now available.
Marc Suidan, CFO of The Beachbody Company, is set to resign on August 15, 2024, to explore new business avenues, leaving with no financial or operational disputes with the company. Brad Ramberg, who has a solid background with the company and previous CFO experience, will step in as the Interim CFO. Ramberg brings a prestigious educational background from Brown University and Harvard Business School and has no conflicts of interest regarding his appointment.
