BCM Resources ( (TSE:B) ) just unveiled an announcement.
BCM Resources has launched its fully funded 2026 drill campaign at its 100%-owned Thompson Knolls porphyry-skarn project in southwestern Utah, targeting extensions of a previously reported skarn-hosted intercept from hole TK8. Using a combination of reverse-circulation pre-collars by National EWP and deep diamond core tails by TonaTec, the program will test a southwest-trending vector of potentially increasing mineralization beneath the valley floor and probe porphyry targets in a second area.
The Thompson Knolls system lies in the same metallogenic belt as KGHM’s Robinson Mine and Rio Tinto’s Bingham Canyon Mine, and BCM notes that the project shares several geological traits with these major porphyry-skarn deposits, underscoring its regional significance. In parallel, the company has moved to extend the term of 20.6 million warrants by one year, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, a step aimed at preserving financing flexibility while minimizing dilution for long-term shareholders after a period of market-driven inactivity.
