The latest announcement is out from BCM Resources ( (TSE:B) ).
BCM Resources has closed a non-brokered private placement, raising $7.18 million through the issuance of 35.9 million units priced at $0.20, each with a one-year warrant exercisable at $0.30. The financing, which includes participation by an insider and is subject to TSX Venture Exchange final approval, carries an acceleration clause on the warrants and standard four-month hold periods on the securities.
Proceeds will be directed toward general corporate purposes and to advance drilling at the company’s Thompson Knolls porphyry Cu-Au-Mo discovery in Utah. The capital injection strengthens BCM Resources’ ability to continue its exploration program, potentially enhancing the project’s delineation and the company’s positioning in the North American copper and gold exploration market.
