BCI Minerals Ltd (AU:BCI) has released an update.

BCI Minerals Limited has reported a significant increase in the indirect shareholding of Hon. Richard Court AC, a company director, with the acquisition of 400,000 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.2275 each, bringing his total indirect interest to 2,228,105 shares. The transaction, an on-market purchase reported under ASX listing rules, occurred on the 18th of June, 2024, and there were no shares disposed of in the process.
