BCAL Diagnostics Limited has announced a change in their Director Jayne Shaw’s interest in the company’s securities, with Shaw acquiring an additional 125,000 ordinary shares for $14,375 through an on-market purchase. This transaction has increased Shaw’s total number of shares held in the company, although the Director has not disposed of any shares in this process.
