The BC Bud Corporation has issued a bi-weekly status report confirming the continued delay in filing their annual financial statements, originally due June 28, 2024, but now expected by August 27, 2024. The management cease trade order (MCTO) issued does not prevent non-insiders from trading the company’s securities. The company reassures that no other material changes have occurred and remains committed to meeting reporting obligations.
