BBVA Argentina Bank S.A. has announced the second installment of dividends to be paid out to shareholders, amounting to AR$48,608,661,500.42, or AR$237.2030389704 per share, based on the share capital as of December 31, 2023. Shareholders on the bank’s registry as of June 6, 2024, will receive their dividends on June 11, 2024, with options for payment in pesos or in National Treasury Bonds for non-resident shareholders.
