BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. has announced the vesting and subsequent transfer of shares from treasury to participants of their Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) for the period of 2020-2023. Shares were allocated to key management personnel, including the CEO and CFO, without any payment required from the recipients. After settling tax and social security liabilities, the net shares were transferred to individual accounts, adjusting the total shareholdings of the CEO and CFO to 1,447,788 and 873,459, respectively.
