Bayview Acquisition Faces Nasdaq Delisting Risk, Seeks Relief

Bayview Acquisition Corp Class A ( (BAYA) ) has provided an update.

Bayview Acquisition Corp, a Cayman Islands-based SPAC listed on Nasdaq, is facing multiple listing compliance challenges tied to market value, minimum public holders, and publicly held share requirements. The company is attempting to move its securities from the Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market in hopes of more manageable listing standards, but there is no certainty the transfer will be approved.
