Baytex Energy Shareholders Approve All Resolutions

Baytex Energy Corp. (TSE:BTE) has released an update.

Baytex Energy Corp. successfully held its annual shareholder meeting, with all proposed resolutions being approved, including the election of director nominees and the reappointment of KPMG LLP as auditors. Over a third of Baytex’s shares were represented at the meeting, where shareholders also passed a non-binding advisory resolution concerning executive compensation practices.
