Bayhorse Silver Raises $210,000 Through Private Placement

Bayhorse Silver (TSE:BHS) has released an update.

Bayhorse Silver Inc. successfully closed an oversubscribed private placement, raising $210,000 through the issuance of 5,250,000 units. The funds will be used primarily for drilling at the Bayhorse Silver Mine and advancing mine permitting. The issuance includes common shares and warrants, with a portion of the units subscribed by the company’s CFO.
