BayCom Corp has appointed Bhupen B. Amin and Dennis Guida as directors of the company, effective November 1, 2024, following the retirement of James S. Camp. Amin, a key figure in hotel management and law, and Guida, an expert in asset-liability management with extensive banking experience, have been part of United Business Bank since 2011 and 2022, respectively. These strategic appointments are set to enhance the company’s board dynamics as BayCom Corp continues its operations across multiple states.
