His departure, attributed to no disputes over the company’s operations or financial integrity, will be followed by a severance aligned with the company’s executive plan. Concurrently, Mr. Joel Grade, Executive Vice President and CFO, has been appointed as the interim Chief Accounting Officer, with no change to his current compensation.
