BaWang International (Group) Holding Limited (HK:1338) has released an update.
BaWang International’s subsidiary Bawang Guangzhou has entered into two engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts with Zhensen Electric Energy for the development of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects. The contracts, valued at RMB 5,210,000 and RMB 9,700,000 respectively, aim to establish solar power systems on building rooftops with capacities of 1.82 MW for the first phase and 3.42 MW for the second phase. These transactions are considered discloseable under the Listing Rules as their aggregated value exceeds 5%, necessitating reporting and announcement but not shareholder approval.
