BaWang International (Group) Holding Limited has announced the resignation of Dr. WANG Qi as an independent non-executive Director and several committee roles, effective 30 June 2024, due to his intention to focus on his research and professional work. He will be succeeded by Mr. CHU Tat Hoi, who brings extensive experience in corporate finance and capital markets from his previous roles in the financial industry. The Board expressed gratitude to Dr. WANG for his contributions since April 2018 and has assessed Mr. CHU as an independent candidate, set to join the Audit and Risk Management Committee and the Environmental, Social, and Governance Committee upon his appointment.
