Battery X Metals has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $135,000 through the issuance of 1.35 million units at $0.10 each. These funds are earmarked for general working capital and to cover current and future payables. Each unit in this placement comprises a common share and a share purchase warrant exercisable into another share until September 2026.
