Battery X Metals (TSE:BATX) has released an update.
Battery X Metals Inc. has successfully acquired 100% ownership of two Quebec lithium exploration projects and 49% of Li-ion Battery Renewable Technologies Inc., a company specializing in lithium-ion battery diagnostics and rebalancing. The deal, valued at $750,000, was executed by issuing 7.5 million common shares of Battery X Metals at $0.10 per share, with certain resale restrictions. Additionally, the company secured a right to potentially acquire the remaining 51% of LIBRT within two years.
