BATM Advanced Communications ( (GB:BVC) ) has provided an announcement.
BATM Advanced Communications has sold its Romanian subsidiary Laborator A.M.S 2000 SRL, which performs analysis services for third parties, as part of its ongoing programme to divest non-core operations. The buyer is a German-headquartered laboratory group specialising in agricultural, environmental, water, food and feed analysis, and the transaction adds $1m in cash consideration for BATM.
The disposal follows the earlier sale of related business AMS 2000, completed at the end of 2025, and marks the group’s fifth non-core divestment in less than a year. Management expects the exit from these ancillary laboratory units to significantly cut costs and long-term commitments, sharpening operational focus on BATM’s core network, cybersecurity and diagnostic activities, which it views as offering higher growth potential.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:BVC) stock is a Hold with a £16.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on BATM Advanced Communications stock, see the GB:BVC Stock Forecast page.
