Base Resources Gears Up for Critical Merger Vote

Base Resources (AU:BSE) has released an update.

Base Resources Limited is set to merge with Energy Fuels Inc., aiming to establish a major global critical minerals company. The Federal Court of Australia has approved a shareholder meeting for voting on the proposed scheme of arrangement. Shareholders are urged to read the Scheme Booklet, which includes an Independent Expert’s Report by PwC, and to vote either in person or by proxy at the meeting scheduled for September 5, 2024.
