Base Resources Limited has announced a significant share sale by General Manager of Marketing, Stephen Hay, who sold 2 million shares at AUD 0.225 each on the Australian Stock Exchange over two days. The transaction, which fell outside a trading venue, was part of the regulatory disclosure requirements for persons discharging managerial responsibilities. Base Resources is known for its mineral sands production in Africa and is listed on both ASX and AIM.
