Base Resources Limited has announced the Federal Court’s approval of its acquisition by Energy Fuels Inc., and anticipates the scheme’s legal effect after lodgment with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission. Share trading on the ASX and AIM will be suspended post-approval. Additionally, a special dividend of AUD 6.5 cents per share is announced, payable to shareholders ahead of the company’s delisting following the acquisition completion.
