Kenneth Williams, a director of Barton Gold Holdings Limited, has received an additional 13,060 unlisted options exercisable at no cost, as part of his compensation. These options, valid until July 18, 2027, are valued based on the average market price as of June 30, 2024, and issued instead of cash for a portion of his annual remuneration. This change in director’s interest has been officially notified to the ASX in accordance with the listing rules.
