Barsele Minerals Completes Merger with Gold Line

Barsele Minerals (TSE:BME) has released an update.

Barsele Minerals Corp. has successfully completed its merger with Gold Line Resources Ltd., resulting in the issuance of 35,747,716 Barsele Shares to former Gold Line shareholders. In association with the merger, Barsele also raised approximately $1.21 million through a private placement, which will fund Arrangement expenses, working capital, and general corporate needs. The transaction includes the exchange of Gold Line warrants and options for Barsele equivalents, setting a strong foundation for the newly combined entity.
