Barsele Minerals Corp., now renamed First Nordic Metals Corp., has announced its new identity following the approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The rebranding reflects the company’s expansion after a merger and the consolidation of a significant exploration portfolio in Scandinavia, encompassing major gold and base metal belts. Shareholders can expect a seamless transition with no changes to share capitalization, and can look forward to the company’s new website launch in early April.
