Barratt Developments PLC announced the grant of conditional shares to Executive Directors under the Deferred Bonus Plan, based on performance for the financial year ending 30 June 2024. Shares were awarded at an average share price of 497.56 pence, with a three-year employment condition before release. Additionally, shares previously awarded in 2021 have vested, with certain shares sold to cover tax and national insurance liabilities.
