Barratt Developments PLC has officially changed its name to Barratt Redrow PLC following the acceptance of a merger with Redrow PLC by the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority. The company’s shares will be traded under the new ticker symbol ‘BTRW’ starting 7 October 2024. Additionally, new board appointments have been announced, including Matthew Pratt as CEO of Redrow and Group Executive Director, with Geeta Nanda and Nicky Dulieu as Non-Executive Directors.
